Most people describe herniated discs as a painful experience. Bulging discs induces pain that can become unbearable. If not treated properly, it often leads to the inability to twist, bend and sometimes even walk.

Herniated are medically complexes issues. In other words, it’s abnormalities in the anatomy of the spine. The spine is composed of twenty three invertebrate discs, which means there is a high chance of something tweaking.

Think of the intervertebral discs as “cushion” between each vertebrae. Discs are composed of fibrous tissue and cartilage.

Once the soft material ruptures through your annulus you will experience the symptoms of a herniated disc. Herniated Disc are often referred to as a “slipped or blown” disc which are usually caused by disease or injury to the back or spine.

A bulging discs occurs when the swelling of the intervertebral bulges outside its vertebrate. Most people describe a bulging disc as less painful than a herniated disc.

A pinched nerve can be caused by a bulging discs. Pain, impaired movement and numbness are common signs of a pinched nerve.  Sciatica pain can sometimes be caused by a pinched nerve.
